Saborcito Ecuatoriano Reviews

Delicioso ceviche de camarón y el churrasco también !! Very good food and very nice servers !!

The name of this restaurant translates to Ecuadorian Flavor. By the name of this restaurant, I was excited to see the kinds of Ecuadorian flavors this place offered. A server greeted me with a warm smile since I was eating in I chose a seat in one of the booths and right away the server handed me a menu. The server came a few minutes later and I ordered an appetizer of patacones (fried green plantains) and an entrée of seco de pollo (chicken stew). I was not worried about not being able to communicate with the server since I knew fluent Spanish, however, the server here also speaks English so you won't have to worry about any miscommunications. The ambience of the restaurant was very welcoming as well as authentic. I noticed that the music being played was all Ecuadorian music. The music made me feel as if I went to Ecuador and ate at a restaurant there. In about 10 minutes my appetizer came. The seco de pollo came 10 more minutes later with a side of white rice, two slices of fried sweet plantain, and a couple of slices of avocado, and a complementary side of spicy salsa made from tamarillo. The meat was perfectly tender and the broth of the stew itself was well seasoned it wasn't too salty or anything negative in that matter. The sweetness of the plantains combined well with the savory rice and umami taste of the seco de pollo. Overall my experience at this restaurant was pleasant. This restaurant is very affordable my total was $15.92. This restaurant made me feel like I was back home in Ecuador thanks to the incredibly nice customer service as well as the great food. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant especially because this restaurant offers a nice selection of many popular dishes in ecuador.

Glad I stopped in for lunch special and a bolon today. Soup was out of control good and the bolon was spot on. Also came with a nice chop and rice. 11/10 will return again

Came here on a Monday night to celebrate my mother's birthday and let me tell you we had a GREAT time! The Ecuadorian cuisine is authentic. We had the empanadas and seco de pollo plus we had the appetizer platter that comes with fritada (pork meat), llapingacho (yellow potato patties), salad, mote (corn grain), avocado slices and platano(fried plantain).Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. They were very attentive to our party of 12. I would definitely recommend specially if you like doing karaoke.

The food is great! Very authentic and tasty. Great atmosphere, super nice and welcoming staff. Big plates for a great price. Great music and karaoke on Wednesday nights. New favorite place to eat. Definitely recommend it to everyone. They always have a lunch special that serves soup, rice and a meat for less than $10!! You can't beat that price, quality, and quantity.
